Descending Ladder 


Sit Ups


High Knees (Both knees = 1 Rep)

E.G - 10 Sit Ups, 10 Burpees, 10 High Knees, 9 Sit Ups, 9 Burpees, 9 High Knees.... until 1 rep of each.
