I am proud to welcome you to Newman Catholic College.

We are an inclusive Catholic school where every student is known, valued and encouraged to achieve their very best.

Faith is at the heart of our school community and shapes the way we learn, grow and care for one another. Everyone counts at Newman, and we are proud to celebrate the many faiths, cultures and backgrounds that make our school such a diverse and welcoming place.

Our students are at the centre of everything we do. Strong relationships underpin school life, supported by excellent pastoral care and close partnerships with families. By working together, we help our young people grow in confidence, develop as individuals and achieve their full potential.

We offer a broad and engaging curriculum, taught by highly qualified and dedicated teachers. Our smaller class sizes allow us to provide individual support and ensure students are challenged to succeed, whatever their starting point. Our Progress 8 score is consistently above the national average, reflecting the strong progress our students make.

For many students, Newman is a seven-year journey. Students can continue their education with us at NCC Sixth Form, where we specialise in vocational learning alongside access to a broad range of A-Level courses through our local consortium.

The best way to experience Newman is to see our community for yourself. I warmly invite prospective students and their families to arrange a student-led tour, meet our staff and students and discover what makes Newman Catholic College such a special place to learn and grow.

We look forward to sharing our school with you.
