Immunisation Information

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Due to the current pandemic your son/daughter was unable to receive their immunisations in Year 8, as a result of this they will need a catch up session of immunisations in Year 9 starting on Wednesday 9th September 2020. All pupils require parental consent in order to get their immunisations; please can you take the time to print and complete the form and send it into Newman Catholic College either via post or with your son/daughter when they return to school. Mark the letter for the attention of Miss Richards.

These immunisations are very important and all is explained on the document attached.
